Sweet Smell of Success

The road to success can be stinky at times especially when you fall into a funk and begin to grow stagnant. But only when you forge ahead and push through the slump you can see the fruit of your labor. The funk will begin to fade and that stench with be replaced with the sweet smell of success. So many people around me are scared and on edge because of the coronavirus. I understand that fear because people are dying every day.                                                          #15yearchallenge  The picture on the left was taken 15 years ago!  It feels like a lifetime has gone by. This picture brings back memories both good and bad. I have definitely come a long way and learned many valuable life lessons.  I had some time to reflect on my life and I’ve compiled a list of lessons learned in the last 15 years. In retrospect, I would have done so many things differently. To be a light in a dark place ... I have been blessed with this vision and it has been strategically tied to my mission in life. To be a light in a dark place is my calling. Matthew 5:14-16 (KJV) "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel,but on a candlestick; and it gives light unto all that are in the house.
